Is your hair 100% human?

Yes. Every product is 100% raw Indian human hair. We never blend in synthetic or animal fibre.

Where does the hair come from?

Our hair is raw Indian temple hair, sorted and finished by hand in our own facility in Chennai, India.

Can I colour, bleach or heat-style it?

Yes — because the hair is raw and cuticle-aligned it can be coloured and heat-styled like your own. Coloured or altered hair cannot be returned.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 72 hours, then delivered by express in 5–7 days.

How much is shipping?

Express shipping is $75 for the first kilogram and $10 for each additional kilogram. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide by express and already serve clients in more than 30 countries.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are paid by the buyer. Every parcel ships with a commercial invoice and health certificate.

Can I return my hair?

Opened, worn, washed, coloured or altered hair can't be returned, and customised products are non-returnable. If you received the wrong item, tell us within 2 business days and we'll make it right at our cost.
